Greetings from the Welcome Center, Inc. staff and board of directors. Exciting as it is, moving to a new community can be stressful when searching for housing, schools, daycare and other amenities that make you feel at home. We are pleased to offer you our assistance in your transition to our community. Our webpage will tell you more about who we are. We are glad you chose our community; Austin is a great place to live! We are currently home to more than twenty-three thousand residents. Austin has many things to offer including the Austin Medical Center, which is part of the Mayo Health System, as well as many options for education from preschool through college.
